Some Information on Lisa:

WIEL Lisa McInnes Smith

 Lisa McInnes-Smith

Raised in a family of sporting achievers, and with tertiary studies in Sports Psychology, Lisa passionately sought to identify the attributes that separate peak performers from the rest.  During the process, Lisa set a goal to positively impact the lives of one million Australian teenagers.  In the eight years it took to achieve her goal, Lisa regularly spoke in schools and to youth groups.  Before long, parents of those teenagers were inviting Lisa to bring the same inspiration into their businesses and workplaces.  The rest is history.

Now with 25 years of professional speaking experience, Lisa is recognised among the top inspirational speakers in the corporate world.  She has spoken in 26 countries, with regular speaking tours to the USA.  She has shared the stage with two American Presidents, one Vice President and a host of celebrity entertainers including the late Ray Charles.

Lisa's focus is on Peak Performance - becoming the best you can be in business, team, leadership and family - right across your personal sphere of influence.  Her high energy, audience-involving presentations have hallmarked Lisa as one of the most successful keynote speakers to the corporate world.  Lisa's gift of communication has been recognised through her induction into the international Speaker Hall of Fame, the first person living outside of North America to achieve this recognition.
